Credit Card Payment and Auto-Renewal

No more contracts, no strings attached. After you’re done with your trial, confirm your plan, enter your card details, and you’re good to go. Note that there is NO action required for existing customers as we will progressively roll this out based on your renewal schedule.

Self-Service Portal

This is where you will find and update the information on your account. In the Service Portal, you can access billing information, edit your plan, and view invoices

​Fix for Marketo Email Performance Statistics - General Availability

The email performance fix, initially released in December 2016, is now the new default setting for new accounts. You can also self-activate it from your account setup section. Visit the knowledge base articles for more details.
