Past Downtime Reports

Despite our very best efforts, technology hiccups do happen. For the purposes of transparency below is the log of occasional downtime periods that have occurred with Digesto.


To all our customers who were affected, please accept our most sincere and humble apologies.

  • 2020 07 02 - 4 minutes service interruption occurred from 11:10AM EST to 11:14 EST
    Digesto application was unavailable and Digests delivery was delayed for Digests scheduled to run on 07 02 between 12:10PM EST and 2:59PM EST.

  • 2020 06 30 - Service interruption occurred at 2:18PM EST until 2:31PM EST due to server network connection issues.
    Digesto application was unavailable and Digests delivery was delayed for Digests scheduled to run on 06 30 between 2:00PM EST and 4:15PM EST.

  • 2020 06 25 - Service interruption occurred on Jun 25, 7:11 PM EST to 8:14PM EST due to server issues.
    Digesto application was unavailable and Digests delivery was delayed. For client with Digesto Personalization feature the service interruption varied and each client has been contacted individually with a report on delivery status.
    

  • 2020 02 24 - Interruption to Email Notifications Services
    On February 24, between 11:06PM EST and February 25th 3:41 PM EST
    Email notifications service - including Digesto notifications - have stoped
    sending emails during the service interruption time above-mentioned. Upon resolution, emails affected by the interruption where not processed retroactively.

    In addition to fixing the issue, the risk related to this type of interruption has been mitigated by improving the services with the addition of a backup email notifications server and additional email delivery monitoring alerts.

  • 2020 02 24 - Delayed Campaign Creation / Campaign Update
    On February 24, between 11:06PM EST and February 25th 9:40 AM EST.

    Digest processing activities where delayed. Upon resolution Digests have all been processed in a batch around 9:40 AM EST.

    Only one client was affected and has been proactively contacted by Digesto support.

    In addition to fixing the issue, the risk related to this type of interruption has been mitigated by improving the services with the addition of a backup email notifications server and additional email delivery monitoring alerts. Additional improvement are also planned for the next release.

  • 2018 01 09 - Digest delivery was interrupted for 8 hours between Jan 9th 2018, 7:31Pm to Jan 10th 2018 3:03 AM. Affected 6 Digests.

  • 2016 11 22 - 18 Digest schedules delivery got delayed on Nov 22 2016 5:21 PM EST.

  • 2016 10 21 - Digesto application unaccessible to certain users from the East Coast caused by DDoS attack on DNS that. On October 21 2016.

  • 2016 02 08 - Intermittent services interruption occurred on Feb 8 2016 4:00PM EST to Feb 9th 12:00PM EST.

  • 2016 02 03 - Intermittent services interruption occurred on Feb 3 2016 10:00AM EST to 5:00PM EST.
