Do you have that extra text at the bottom of each post in your Digesto emails?
If so, it was added in WordPress by the Yoast SEO plugin. To remove it:
1. Go to Yoast SEO / Search Appearance / RSS
(Or for earlier versions: Dashboard / SEO / RSS)
2. Find the text area "Content to put after each post:"
3. Delete the content in this area (The Post %Title%...) and save your changes.
