From 1-to-1 (Beta) to Personalized Delivery

New self-service configurations for personalized Digests

Written by David Desrosiers

Our 1-to-1 Personalization (Beta) delivery method has been upgraded to the new Personalized delivery method, now featuring full self-service capabilities.

⚠ Note: If your account is currently set up with 1-to-1 Personalization (Beta), your Digests will continue to function normally and remain supported. However, you will not be able to make changes to them or create new Digests using the legacy method.

  • Improved UX & Self-Service: You no longer need to contact the support team to manage your configurations. You can now control everything directly within our revamped Editor.

  • Flexible Delivery Methods: Easily toggle between Standard or Personalized delivery.

  • Custom Personalization Dimensions: Choose your specific personalization criteria, such as Category and/or Author.

  • Marketo Field Mapping: Directly configure your preference-tracking Marketo custom fields.

  • Subscriber List Management: Easily configure or update your Marketo subscriber lists within the interface.

  • Leverage Smart Lists: There is no longer a need for an operational program campaign to keep your "Blog Subscribers" static list up to date. Personalized Delivery can now pull this information directly from a Smart List.

  • Simplified Smart Campaign Structure: Trigger campaigns are no longer required to deliver personalized emails. This reduces the number of necessary smart campaigns in your Marketo Program from four to two.
