In order to have the full version of your articles sent in your Digesto emails, you will need to change the output of your RSS feed so that the <description> element includes the full article (typically found under <content-encoded>.

You can either hard-code this yourself, or some RSS feed plugins may offer this functionality. Alternatively, if you use WordPress, you can set this in the site's settings. See this article for more details.
